The NORCAT Centre
The NORCAT Centre is a 70,000 square foot modern architecture marvel. Built in 2008, our centre includes fully equipped office, lab and shop facilities, prototyping services, training and development rooms, event venues and meeting places, retail services, and flexible, co-location, incubator space that brings together entrepreneurs to work alongside other like-minded entrepreneurs to share ideas, enhance networks, and discuss challenges and opportunities.
We offer tenancy, be it short-term or long-term with a co-location incubator offering desks, lab / shop facilities, phones, meeting rooms, and lounges – where you are encouraged to “hang out” and have “serendipitous collisions” with other like-minded entrepreneurs to share ideas, enhance your network, and discuss challenges and opportunities to help you expedite the building of your business.
To maintain our vibrant ecosystem NORCAT has intentionally assembled a powerful mix of brand-name tenants and organizations that are all thematically aligned to the innovation, commercialization, and entrepreneurship supply chain. NORCAT offers state-of-the-art training and development facilities including fully-equipped on-line training rooms with nearly 100 dedicated computer terminals, white-boards, projectors, and web-conferencing capabilities.
Host your event in one of our offices, board rooms, meeting rooms, common spaces, or atriums. With the ability to accommodate 5 to 75 people, you can focus on the content of your event, rather than the logistics.
