NORCAT Awarded International Accolade for Consistent Business Growth at 2025 XR Awards

International — December 17, 2025 — NORCAT, a global leader in skilled labour training and technology innovation, has been awarded the International Accolade for G-B01 Consistent Business Growth at the 2025 XR Awards, hosted by the Academy of International Extended Reality (AIXR) in Brussels, Belgium. The recognition highlights NORCAT’s ongoing commitment to developing and scaling adoptable immersive learning technologies that strengthen workforce skills, safety, and performance across industries worldwide.

The award acknowledges NORCAT’s continued growth through Studio NORCAT, which creates immersive training tools that improve skills, safety, and job performance in high-risk environments.

Studio NORCAT was also recognized as a finalist for Outstanding XR Company of the Year and XR Education & Training of the Year for VR Motor Control, developed with the National Electrical Trade Council (NETCO) and made possible by the Ontario Government's SDF program.

VR Motor Control provides realistic, interactive training that helps electrical apprentices and professionals build motor control skills safely before applying them on the job.
